My wife and I have been working with Al for a couple of months and could not be happier. Al is not a typical real estate agent who is hurrying to get you in a house and move on. He will work hard and find several places, visit those places, and if he feels it's not a good deal or a good house he'll tell you. We visited a house and upon arriving we walked around the outside and unfortunately there were some foundation issues that the seller was trying to conceal with mulch against the house.
