Al met with the Bloomfield sales team on Sunday for us while we were at DFW and made sure that our deposit was made in a timely manner. Our offer was accepted and the home was ours! Having Al as our Realtor® has made these hectic 3 months go smoothly, and I would not hesitate to recommend Al to any friends/family. If there is one takeaway from this review have it be that Al went above and beyond what his job was working with us and that we could not be any happier with the service he provided. We visited a house and upon arriving we walked around the outside and unfortunately there were some foundation issues that the seller was trying to conceal with mulch against the house. Al found it, moved some of the mulch to show us and we didn't even enter the house as Al suggested it would not be a good house to buy. He moved the mulch back where it was and we left without going inside. This incident shows that Al is looking out for his clients.
